Granola

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat oven at 160°C and line a baking sheet with a parchment
    paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oats, pumpkin seeds,
    almonds and walnuts.
  3. Prepare de Banana flakes puree, mixing the water and flakes.
  4. In an other bowl mix the coconut oil, banana flakes puree and
    cinnamon.
  5. Drizzle in the liquid mix into the solid mix and stir until
    combined.
  6. Scoop the granola onto the baking sheet and press the mixture
    into a 1-inch-thick oval.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, rotate the pan halfway and use a fork to
    gently break the granola apart just a bit.
  8. Bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
