Functionality
Baby food grade, nutrient-dense, natural sweetener, vegan, vegetarian,
gluten-free, binder, thickener, fat substitute, plant-based, vegetable
fibers and prebiotic source.
Nutritional Benefits
Our Natural Banana ingredients do not contain saturated fat or
cholesterol. They can lower the calories and decrease the fat content of
food products, and are a natural substitute for added sugars. Banana
ingredients are a good source of fiber and phosphorus, a source of
vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, and zinc, and contain protein.
