Granola
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven at 160°C and line a baking sheet with a parchment
paper. - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oats, pumpkin seeds,
almonds and walnuts. - Prepare de Banana flakes puree, mixing the water and flakes.
- In an other bowl mix the coconut oil, banana flakes puree and
cinnamon. - Drizzle in the liquid mix into the solid mix and stir until
combined. - Scoop the granola onto the baking sheet and press the mixture
into a 1-inch-thick oval. - Bake for 15 minutes, rotate the pan halfway and use a fork to
gently break the granola apart just a bit. - Bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
