Chocolate Banana Mousse


  1. Melt ¾ dark chocolate at bain marie until it reaches
    52 °C. Take it off the heat right after it reach the
    temperature and add the rest of the chocolate and
    blend well until is melted.
  2. With a blender, mix the Banana flakes with the water
    until form a puree.
  3. Fold in melted chocolate.
  4. Cut the almonds into small pieces and add them to
    the mix.
  5. Spoon into individual pots or a larger dish, chill until
    firm, about 30-35 minutes.
