Chocolate Cake
        DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 20×5 cm round cake
pans or 33x23x5 cm rectangular cake pan. - In a large mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Whisk through
to combine well. - For every 460g of dry mix add:
- Oil = 83.3g
 - Water = 187.5 g
 - Eggs = 180.0 g
 
 - Beat in eggs, oil and water with the dry ingredients for 4
minutes until well combined. - Add the cake batter into the prepared cake pans. Bake for 35
min until a cake tester inserted in the center of the chocolate
cake comes out clean. - Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly – about 5 minutes.
