Banana Pancakes
(Gluten & sugar free)

DIRECTION

  1. Weigh and mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. For 100g dry mix, add 18g butter and 200 mL
    of water.
  3. Whisk until it is well combine.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over
    medium-high heat.
  5. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle,
    using approximately 1/4 cup for each
    pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
