Banana Pancakes
(Gluten & sugar free)
DIRECTION
- Weigh and mix all the dry ingredients.
- For 100g dry mix, add 18g butter and 200 mL
of water. - Whisk until it is well combine.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over
medium-high heat. - Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle,
using approximately 1/4 cup for each
pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
