Banana Flan


  1. In a medium bowl, mix all the  dry ingredients
  2. In a medium saucepan over  medium-low heat, mix 60g of dry ingredients and 500mL of milk. Whisk through to combine well.
  3. Bring the mix to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Take it off the heat right after it reach the temperature.
  5. Divide the flan mixture evenly among the cups or molds.
  6. Let it cool on the fridge for at least 3 hours.
