Banana Flan
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, mix 60g of dry ingredients and 500mL of milk. Whisk through to combine well.
- Bring the mix to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Take it off the heat right after it reach the temperature.
- Divide the flan mixture evenly among the cups or molds.
- Let it cool on the fridge for at least 3 hours.
