Banana Dressing / Dip

DIRECTION

  1. Weigh all the ingredients.
  2. Add the vegetables in a food processor and mix.
  3. Then, add the olive oil and salt.
  4. For every 100g of ingredients, add 300mL of water.
  5. Then add the banana flakes slowly until a very
    homogeneous mix is obtained.
  6. Store the sauce in a glass container.
  7. For longer shelf life, you can pasteurize the
    product.
