Banana Dressing / Dip
DIRECTION
- Weigh all the ingredients.
- Add the vegetables in a food processor and mix.
- Then, add the olive oil and salt.
- For every 100g of ingredients, add 300mL of water.
- Then add the banana flakes slowly until a very
homogeneous mix is obtained. - Store the sauce in a glass container.
- For longer shelf life, you can pasteurize the
product.
