BANANA PUREE

Our Banana Puree is made with the freshest bananas,
grown in our own farms. The raw material used is the
Cavendish Banana variety, matured in ripening rooms
under controlled conditions.

We offer four kinds of Banana Puree:

• Natural Banana PureeFresh banana pulp, heat treated and aseptically filled.
• Lemon Juice Banana Puree Fresh banana pulp acidified with lemon juice (pH adjustment) and ascorbic acid
  (color stabilizer), heat treated and aseptically filled.
• Low Acid Banana Puree Fresh banana pulp with ascorbic acid as a color stabilizer, heat treated and
  aseptically filled.
• High Acid Banana Puree Fresh banana pulp with citric acid (pH adjustment) and ascorbic acid (color stabilizer), heat treated and aseptically filled.
