Chocolate Cake

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 20×5 cm round cake
    pans or 33x23x5 cm rectangular cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Whisk through
    to combine well.
  3. For every 460g of dry mix add:
    • Oil = 83.3g
    • Water = 187.5 g
    • Eggs = 180.0 g
  4. Beat in eggs, oil and water with the dry ingredients for 4
    minutes until well combined.
  5. Add the cake batter into the prepared cake pans. Bake for 35
    min until a cake tester inserted in the center of the chocolate
    cake comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly – about 5 minutes.
