Chocolate Banana Mousse
DIRECTION
- Melt ¾ dark chocolate at bain marie until it reaches
52 °C. Take it off the heat right after it reach the
temperature and add the rest of the chocolate and
blend well until is melted. - With a blender, mix the Banana flakes with the water
until form a puree. - Fold in melted chocolate.
- Cut the almonds into small pieces and add them to
the mix. - Spoon into individual pots or a larger dish, chill until
firm, about 30-35 minutes.
